A lot of women (not all) get these boob jobs because of asshole men and asshole women who constantly make them feel like lesser human. They're self-conscious AF and end up with fake tits, fake asses, fake lips, etc, etc. They're constantly told by society that they need to look a certain way. And then, when they go make those changes to fit society's needs, you assholes show up and tell them they're less attractive now, and ruined, and whatever other BS you can muster up, depending on your own selfish needs.
