I had a full body check up about a year ago, and when it came to cough... I just dropped my underwear all the way down without thinking, and spread my cheeks. It shocked the old male doctor. He said "We don't do that anymore with a chuckle. Had that been a tranny doctor, I would have let her pop my butthole and blow her load all in,out, and around my ass!!!!
